Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions and excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge & Consultation: Educate clients on insurance products and tailor coverage options to meet their specific needs.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
Networking & Community Engagement: Attend local events, industry functions, and networking meetings to promote the agency and build connections.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes and client interactions adhere to industry regulations and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Valid TN P&C insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
