12-year-old Mexican-American, an “Every Kid” who finds his inner hero and a sense of belonging when flung into a blended family of diverse “ethnic and immortal” backgrounds. His epic quest will teach him to believe in himself, reveal his own family DNA, and teach him how to accept his very imperfect family, just the way they are!
The voice of Victor. Ideally, a Latino actor with a solid Mexican-American standard English take on the kid hero. Think: quirky, self-confident but definitely does not consider himself brave, does think he’s funny, tends to babble when he feels unsure of himself, loves people (and immortals), lost his father so has some deep inner pain, is quick on his feet in terms of planning, out of the box thinker, not so quick on his feet physically.
