Siamo alla ricerca di un Junior Planner (Stage) per unirsi al nostro Planning Team – categoria Beauty per uno stage retribuito a tempo pieno.
Individuare la giusta strategia da applicare ad ogni prodotto e brand presente sulle nostre piattaforme è di fondamentale importanza per raggiungere gli obiettivi di Vendita/Margine/Magazzino di QVC, e l'opportunità di cimentarti con questa interessante sfida potrebbe essere tua!
In questo ruolo, assisterai il team di pianificazione nella gestione dell'inventario, della produttività e dei margini utilizzando i nostri canali On Air, Web, On Demand e Social per guidare le vendite di QVC.
Il tuo ruolo
Riportando al Planning Manager fornirai supporto ai colleghi implementando e persino arricchendo la strategia a breve/medio/lungo termine già creata per i prossimi 3 anni per la categoria di riferimento (Beauty).
Come Junior Planner, alcune delle tue principali responsabilità saranno:
Gestione delle vendite
- Assistere il team di pianificazione nella creazione degli show e nelle attività di data entry nei nostri sistemi IT.
- Assistere i Planner nel controllo e nella creazione di Promo Web.
- Supportare il team Planning analizzando i dati storici per guidare le attività sopra descritte.
Gestione dello stock
- Implementare la strategia Open To Buy con scelte di acquisto e vendita.
- In base ai prodotti selezionati dal planner, supportare il team nella creazione dei riordini degli articoli più performanti.
- Assistere il team di pianificazione nella gestione del pricing e nell'inserimento delle informazioni a sistema.
Reportistica
- Aggiornare i report settimanali di vendite e inventario.
- Produrre report sulle Prestazioni degli Articoli chiave.
- Fornire report ad hoc, su richiesta.
Collaborare con i membri di altri team (compresi Programmazione, Acquisti, Vendite TV, Marketing e e-Commerce), per guidare sia le vendite che le acquisizioni di nuovi clienti, attraverso tutte le piattaforme di QVC (TV, sito, app e canale on-demand).
Requisiti
- Eccellente conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
- Capacità analitiche o esperienze in linea con il profilo sopra descritto.
- Fluente Inglese.
