ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Operate video and audio equipment during live game broadcasts and in-stadium video board productions.
- Assist with camera operation, instant replay, live streaming, and scoreboard graphics.
- Coordinate and monitor live feeds for home games using platforms like YouTube, MiLB TV, or other broadcast systems.
- Set up and break down production equipment before and after games.
- Help edit video highlights and promotional clips for in-game use and social media.
- Collaborate with the broadcast team, announcers, and marketing staff to deliver a high-quality viewing experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues under tight deadlines during live events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of video cameras, switchers, and live production software.
- Comfortable working in a live-event atmosphere with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in video production, broadcasting, or sports media is preferred.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk the stairs for up to 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold and rain.
