Job Title: Digital Planning Executive

Job Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the development and seamless execution of digital media campaigns for clients. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors to manage campaign planning, monitoring, reporting, and post-analysis to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and create detailed approach notes for upcoming digital campaigns
- Assist in digital media planning by coordinating elements like audience targeting, platform selection, and budget allocation
- Liaise with vendors to collect required assets and campaign details before launch
- Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and recommend optimization strategies
- Regularly update campaign data on dashboards and generate progress reports for clients
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to derive insights and share learnings with teams and clients
- Keep internal teams informed about platform trends, past campaign learnings, and opportunities
- Ensure campaign spending is within budget and all deliverables are met
- Research new and existing platforms to identify potential media solutions for client needs
- Support business development efforts by providing data and assisting in pitch presentations
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s in Media Management (preferred)
