The Sr. Specialist, Account Management, is a centralized role that will be tasked with driving Influencer strategy and client management within OMG’s dedicated managed service product,
Creo. The core responsibility of the role is supporting a group of Account Management professionals, assisting with client/agency communications, presenting campaign strategy and campaign reporting and serving to support clients throughout a partnership lifecycle. The role will serve all OMG agencies across the organization, working in symphony with clients and IATs on the execution and amplification of Creator campaigns.

Responsibilities
Account Services:
- Support senior members in executing day-to-day tasks related to influencer campaign activation and optimization including budget pacing, performance monitoring, billing, content QAs and reporting
- Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the development of influencer strategy and tactical plans
- Support client communication across the influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and possess strong communicative abilities to relay the respective stages to clients
- Leverage OMG Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review in concert with Creo creator activation personnel
Practice Excellence
- Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business
- Maintain an understanding of social platform best practices and ad formats through platform certifications
Required Skills
- Understanding of Influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with Creator-led storytelling
- Agency account management background and comfort in leading internal and external conversations
- Understanding of the Influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles & responsibilities across platforms
- Excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to present presentations and points-of-view
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Critical thinking and problem solving tied to activation of influencer campaigns
- Established business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience within Influencer and/or media environments
- Hands on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to influencer or media campaigns for Fortune-500 companies
- Experience working on client business in retail and consumer packaged goods is preferred
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$55,000—$70,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
