DIGITAL PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR, Digital Media Hub
Scope of role:
The Digital Performance Director will lead the transformation of the OMG Digital Performance offering across the organisation. The role will be responsible for strategic direction, delivering client performance, managing and developing high-performance teams, and increasing digital capabilities and operational excellence throughout the organisation. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on—guiding the team, working closely with clients, and collaborating across agency groups.
The right candidate will have deep experience in biddable media, managing a team of direct reports, on-shore and off-shore, while collaborating with cross-functional partners. This is a critical leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong management skills.

Responsibilities:
Centre of Excellence
- Partner with the Head of Digital Operations, Singapore to be a digital leader in the OMG Singapore organisation, elevating the agencies and agency teams’ digital operations and capabilities
- Advance brilliant basics in digital media by defining, updating, improving, and managing adoption of SOPs, SLAs, Play Books, etc., throughout the OMG organisation
- Develop and drive strategic account plans and workstreams for client evolution and growth using data backed insights and media/platform understanding
- Partner with clients to ensure client goals and objectives, build string client relationships, innovate and evolve accounts, and drive sustainable client businesses and client satisfaction
- Act as a thought leader and stay abreast of emerging media platforms, tools, and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of paid media innovation
- Identify, implement and scale automation, tools and platforms that drive agency efficiency and success
Delivery Management
- Lead the Performance Team to achieve client KPIs, and directly contribute to the management of clients
- Continuously analyse and optimize campaign performance through advanced analytics and data insights, ensuring effective budget allocation and cost efficiencies.
- Develop growth marketing strategies and direction for clients - groom performance team to adopt learnings and strategies
- Onboarding of new clients
- Continuous monitoring of resourcing against account plans and revenue
- Ensure account stability and profitability by ensuring client satisfaction in a business-sustainable manner
- Co-ordinate with OMG offices across the region and globally across client engagements to help drive success for regional and global businesses
Team Management and Development
- Set the standard for performance road mapping, project management, media planning, campaign experimentation, and budget management
- Lead and develop performance team direct reports
- Develop internal processes by documenting procedures, streamlining work, improving communications between teams, and owning the onboarding process of clients and new hires
- Manage individual development plans and performance reviews with direct reports, and identify training for development areas at an individual and team level
- Develop best practices, processes, and SOPs in delivering successful growth strategies and tactics, and ensure the team's adherence to the correct processes and following best practice
Experience required:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in digital marketing and/or performance media role.
- Strong technical understanding of Display, Programmatic, and Paid Social;
- Experience in bid management and process automation through Advertising System such as DV360 and Meta
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
- Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data
- Demonstrable experience in working across APAC markets and languages
