Omnicom Media Group Indonesia is looking for a Digital Manager to join their ever expanding and exciting team.
Scope of Role
As Digital Manager, you are responsible for the stewardship of the digital planning process and media buying delivery across your brand portfolio. You will deploy and manage all appropriate Omnicom Media Group Indonesia processes, templates and systems as well as managing the planning and buying across digital platforms for your client.
The role also encompasses:
- Training and guidance of the junior members of the team to ensure their buys deliver on all strategic and communication objectives.
- Ensuring all digital deliverables are executed and met within tolerance – including delivery of all strategic and buying objectives (including to budget and target KPIs), placement, viewability, delivery, added value
- Point of view and input in the development of media implementation planning presentations and plans in conjunction with the Planning team.
- Deliver ideas for your client(s) that have been identified in the strategic process.
- Ensure team are driving value for your clients in any day to day negotiations with the media, including evaluating and analyzing proposals, and monitoring the delivery.
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Director/Trading lead on the development of negotiation strategies.
- Training, mentoring & development of junior team members in conjunction with the Digital Director or Business Director.
- Delivering key insights for client(s) digital campaigns, while recommending and managing some of the key data & tech solutions for clients such as Custom Audiences

Required Skills & Attributes
- 5+ years’ experience in digital agency role or on client side
- Able to traffic and train, extract and interpret insights from relevant Attribution and Verification toolsets, as above
- Understanding floodlight/conversion tagging infrastructure to fulfil reporting requirements
- Setup of tracking infrastructure utilizing tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager
- Complete understanding of Digital Terminology
- Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Strong relationship management and rapport building skills
- Superior organizational skill
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
