Job Summary/Description:
WABI has an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Media Producer (TMP). A TMP is responsible for directing live newscasts, monitoring WABI's on-air signals, managing automation playlists, as well as ingesting and preparing program content.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Operation of the Ross Overdrive production automation system and associated equipment
- Monitor and manage the master control automation system
- Ingest and prepare program content for air
- Assist in maintaining a clean studio and control room
- Work with all departments to coordinate and produce high-quality programming
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize complex tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong technical and computing skills
- Previous newscast directing experience and/or master control experience is a plus
