We are seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Coordinator to support and elevate our audience growth, retention, and marketing efforts across email, notifications, and other owned channels. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer or analyst with SQL expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for driving real business outcomes through actionable insights and data processes.
Working with the Audience Relationships team, you’ll work closely with marketing strategists, engineers, and data ops professionals to transform raw data into clean, meaningful reporting and data processes that guide our marketing strategy. You’ll have a hand in architecting data workflows, creating and maintaining dashboards, and surfacing insights that impact millions of subscribers and billions of messages.

Assignment Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring efficient data extraction from various sources.
- Experience in data integration, transforming raw data into a usable format for analysis and reporting.
- Experienced with data cleansing and validation to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborates with data engineers and analysts to optimize data workflows and pipelines.
- Monitors data quality, troubleshoots issues, and ensures data governance and compliance.
- Analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving and optimizing data processing efficiencies
- Write and maintain SQL queries
- Partner with email strategists and audience relationship team members to analyze subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement, and churn patterns, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Support initiatives by validating data and providing performance readouts.
- Help standardize marketing performance metrics and reporting frameworks across brands and platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in performance tracking.
- Identify gaps in data processes or reporting coverage and work cross-functionally to close them through automation, improved tracking, or better documentation.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, helping to troubleshoot and resolve reporting or data issues quickly and effectively.
Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused marketing role.
- SQL skills with proven experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience with Data Operations, CRM, and BI tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Hightouch, or similar products.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights, key takeaways, and surface opportunities and issues that can be gleaned from the data and data trends.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, campaign analytics, or audience development KPIs.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or marketing automation platforms is a plus but not required.
