Sales Training Coordinator

Good Karma Brands is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sales Training Coordinator to join our expanding Training team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in the preparation and coordination of our new and internally transitioning teammates' training program. This role will assist in working with hiring managers across all GKBs markets and coordinate with teammates as they start their career at GKB.

Daily Tasks of a Sales Training Coordinator:
- Create and develop new sales training materials
- Curriculum maintenance of sales training materials that can be used and referenced by teammates.
- Act as a digital content librarian for all sales training and education documentation and guides.
- Develop an understanding of the roles & responsibilities of teammates to inform new curriculum creation.
- Assist in the development of teammate training plans for new and transitioning roles across GKB markets
- Act as a scheduler for the Sales Training department
- Create and distribute training communication to all Subject Matter Experts involved within a sales training plan before their first day
- Act as call administrator for the GKB Sales Call & GKB Sales Manager Call, including preparation, presentation creation, & screen-sharing/recording.
- Attend and assist in sales training sessions
- Execute and overdeliver on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Sales Training
- Communicate, distribute, and grade specific sales training assessments for new and internal transition teammates
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications:
- Preferred experience with Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Exercise good judgment and possess the ability to analyze and resolve problems
Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is a non-exempt hourly role that is overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends and is an in-office role.
