Assistant Program Director – Southwest Florida’s Fly 98.5
Fly 98.5 (WFFY-FM) isn’t just looking for ANY Assistant Program Director.
We’re looking for someone ready to step up, take real ownership, and lead the brand forward — on-air, on social, and on the streets.

What You'll Do:
- Own the music scheduling process and keep the station sounding fresh and true to strategy
- Present a LIVE, ENTERTAINING and LOCALLY-FOCUSED on-air show every day while oozing personality and hustle
- Work closely with management and consultants to execute brand strategies
- Assist with staff scheduling and execution of station promotions
- Show up, show out, and rep Fly 98.5 at events and sales meetings
- Communicate clearly and consistently
What You Need:
- Real experience on-air and with professional music scheduling software
- A team player mentality with leadership instincts
- A passion for Southwest Florida
