Job Summary/Description:
29News is seeking a self-motivated Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll put your creative thinking and skills to work to create exciting and emotion-driven advertising and content marketing alongside a creative and dynamic team. Duties/Responsibilities (but are not limited to:
- The Creative Services Producer will be responsible for creating innovative commercial and promotional spots for WVIR and GVIR, from concept to completion.
- Experience in creative scripting, shooting, and non-linear editing is essential.
- This role requires a team player who is involved in all aspects of commercial production.
- You will need to collaborate closely with the sales team to conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit commercials, as well as work with the marketing team to assist in the production of station promos.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and/or commercial production preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrated strong skills in camera and editing.
- Familiarity with DSLR equipment is an advantage.
- It is essential to interact professionally and effectively with all internal WVIR employees and external organizations.
- Some nights and weekends may be required
- A clean driving record is mandatory
- A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- The job requires working well under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with attention to detail.
