As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping local businesses connect with their audiences through creative and effective advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique advertising needs.
- Design customized advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
- Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to provide strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop tailored solutions that address specific client goals.
- Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
