Network Sales Coordinator (Chicago-based)
General Job Description
Weigel is the leader in the multicast television network space with MeTV , Memorable Entertainment Television being the number one rated and distributed network in the space, as well as the Movies! Network in cooperation with the Fox Television Stations, H&I Heroes & Icons, plus the Decades Network, Start TV in partnership with the CBS Television Station Group and Story Television Network hasan immediate opening for a Networks Sales Coordinator You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of Network Sales and Account Executives in creating, booking, scheduling, and maintenance of sales activities.
Duties/Responsibilities
Processing of sales orders in a timely manner for Weigel’s National and Unwired Networks
Maintenance of orders (make goods, changes, and filing).
Coordination of all maintenance with clients via phone, email, or fax.
Assists in the flow of information to clients (e.g., rate changes, inventory updates, etc.)
Backs up other sales assistants when necessary.
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
At least 3 years of network television experience.
Wide Orbit Network Or Traffic Experience Required
Some nights/weekend work required with additional compensation.
Candidates must have MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel experience.
Must be able to manage deadlines with urgency and accuracy.
Strong written, verbal, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills are a must.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
