Sales Operations Analyst to be based in our corporate office in Birmingham, AL.
Our Sales Operations team works closely with our markets to create tools, best practices, and processes in order to drive sales and revenue. The Sales Operations Analyst proactively collaborates with sales and leadership, all with the goal of developing sophisticated advertising solutions for our clients. The right individual will have experience in revenue forecasting, inventory and sales order management, analytical reporting, and support interaction including internal/external communication.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations; media or marketing industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to interpret data and deliver timely, actionable reports
- Demonstrated success in supporting cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
What You’ll Do (primary Responsibilities)
- Partner with sales teams to develop and optimize weekly sales plans
- Manage and maintain CRM data and processes for assigned markets
- Serve as the digital liaison between sales markets and third-party vendors
- Recommend and implement improvements to sales tools, processes, and best practices
- Build recurring reports and dashboards to support leadership
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities across markets
- Serve as a go-to resource for sales managers and AEs, delivering prompt, solutions-oriented support for daily needs
- Document and communicate key workflows and standard operating procedures
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve reporting and analytics
- Actively contribute to strategic conversations and planning initiatives
- Work closely with the marketing team to track lead performance while driving sales operations' efforts in pre-qualifying and organizing inbound leads
