Federated Media’s radio stations—including 98.9 The Bear, 97.3 WMEE, K105, WOWO 92.3 FM/1190 AM, and 1380 The Fan—are looking for vibrant, energetic individuals to join our promotions team in Fort Wayne!

What You’ll Do:
• Be the Face of the Station: Represent our brands at live events, concerts, broadcasts, and more.
• Set the Scene: Transport, set up, and tear down equipment for events.
• Engage and Energize: Conduct on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways, ensuring a fun and dynamic listener experience.
• Capture the Moments: Take photos and videos at events to share on social media and our websites.

What You Need:
• Flexibility: Available for varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Drive: At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strength: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skills: Strong communication, able to follow directions, and computer-savvy.
