Austin, TX (In-Person)
Harry and Marv is a fast-growing, Austin-based content agency that creates high-end, story-driven video for brands. We’re looking for a Lead Producer to join our team and take full ownership of client projects — from first call to final delivery.
This is a creative leadership role that blends producing, client management, and on-set leadership. You’ll be the main point of contact for a handful of clients, leading every stage of production: creative development, pre-pro, shoot day, and post.
Bonus points if you can operate a camera and run a set — but it’s not required.
Long term, this role is designed to grow into an Executive Producer position — managing other producers and overseeing all client production. We’re moving fast and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects from kickoff to final delivery
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and production plans
- Produce and direct shoots — owning logistics, crew, and client experience
- Coordinate post-production: timelines, editors, revisions
- Maintain strong client relationships and lead communication
- Contribute to internal systems, creative direction, and company growth
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience producing branded video content (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end: pre-pro, production, post
- Strong communicator and confident client lead
- Comfortable directing talent and managing crews
- Highly organized, self-managed, and detail-oriented
- Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Austin, TX — this is an in-person role
- Experience as a shooter is a big plus, but not required
