🧠How You'll Contribute
- COLD CALLING, IN-PERSON WALK-IN PROSPECTING, NETWORKING
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies through various marketing efforts such as cold calling, email marketing, in-person walk-in visits, social media marketing, networking events, and leads generated through referral partners.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system (InsuredMine) and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage and related financial resources, either face-to-face or virtually.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
🧬 What Makes You a Great Fit
- Business communication skills (e-mail, LinkedIn, presentation, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing meeting deadlines and juggling multiple assignments.
- Punctuality and dedication to client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- (2-20) Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (we can sponsor depending on sales experience).
- Two years of OUTSIDE B2B SALES experience preferred.
