Product Operations Specialist/Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist or Product Operations Coordinator to join our WWE Digital Products team to support the operational backbone of our product organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, curious about product development, and excited to grow into broader responsibilities over time.
In this role, you’ll execute key daily operational tasks, maintain and manage internal and external product documentation, help track initiatives and internal/external stakeholder requests, and conduct research to identify and evaluate new product opportunities. You’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth and efficient operations and product excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Daily Operations & Maintenance:
Coordinate and implement user-facing assets such as pop-ups, QR codes, and notifications.
Process privacy-related action requests, such as deleting user records in accordance with regulatory policies.
Maintain internal records, update documentation, and ensure operational accuracy across tools and platforms.
Application Support:
Develop, manage and maintain product support documentation
Liaise with marketing and design teams regularly to ensure product representation and digital marketing initiatives remain on-brand and up to date
Support testing and quality assurance activities when needed.
Tracking & Reporting:
Coordinate with data teams to expand on and maintain key performance dashboards
Work with marketing and partner teams to ensure reliable campaign attribution to ensure best possible ROI on user engagements
Communicate progress updates and flag potential risks or delays.
Research & Development:
Assist in researching market trends, user needs, and potential product opportunities.
Gather and organize data to support product evaluations and business case development.
Summarize findings and present recommendations to the product team.
Who You Are:
Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable taking on responsibility
Super organized with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal; a good storyteller
Analytical mindset with an eagerness to solve problems and propose improvements
Comfort working with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar (training provided if needed)
1–2 years of experience in a product operations, project coordination, or similar support roles
Enthusiasm to learn and to expand your product management and business operations knowledge and skillset
