The CBS Sports Streaming First team is looking for an Associate Manager to fill a 12-week assignment covering a parental leave (Aug-Oct).
The Associate Manager plays a key role in supporting the implementation, execution, and evaluation of sports campaigns on Paramount+ including NFL on CBS and Big Ten. This role helps drive audience growth and subscriber acquisition by ensuring seamless coordination across key sports properties, marketing assets, and partner communications.
We’re looking for a temporary Associate Manager to support day-to-day campaign operations, helping to ensure detailed execution across multiple sports marketing initiatives. This assignment involves working closely with a Senior Manager to handle timelines, coordinate deliverables, and keep cross-functional teams aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident navigating a fast paced, matrixed organization—able to quickly get up to speed, build relationships, and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the creative display and copy development process for key sports campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage the organization, requests, submissions, and trafficking of creative assets, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
- Lead player selection process for marketing assets, monitoring eligibility, injuries, and other factors to ensure compliance and relevance
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communication with sports stakeholders, providing regular updates on project timelines and deliveries
- Maintain and update essential campaign documents, including marketing calendars, one-sheets, and presentations
- Deliver weekly reporting on NFL marketing performance metrics, offering insights that inform strategy and optimizations
- Review and analyze campaign performance, developing reports and insights for key stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analyses and research industry trends to help refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Attend internal and external meetings, detailing key takeaways, action items, and distributing follow-ups
- Maintain shared drives, ensuring efficient organization and access to reference documents
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in sports, marketing or streaming

- Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time
- Shown ability to meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $29.0 - 39.0/hour.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
