Part Time Receptionist - Value Connection, St. Cloud, MN
As a team member of Townsquare Media St. Cloud’s administrative support staff, this position requires a friendly demeanor, and ability to be flexible and multi-task. As the 'director of first impressions’ - the candidate must possess the ability to interact with listeners, clients (production/interviews), and guests first and present a positive, fun atmosphere.
Hours would include some weekday afternoons and some Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Ideal job for a high school or college student, or someone interested in picking up weekend hours in addition to a full-time job they may have.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and answer questions for customers who call The Value Connection
- Take orders and answer questions regarding The Value Connection from walk-in customers
- Answer phones/redirect phone calls
- Take Messages
- Hand out prizes to winners
- Maintain a clean and inviting Lobby, Reception Desk, and Conference Room
- Help team with live events
- Prepare excel documents
- Prepare word documents
- Additional projects and responsibilities added as needed
Qualifications
- Team-Oriented
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills especially Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
