Job Summary/Description:
We’re seeking a sharp, creative Bilingual Digital Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings ideas to life across digital platforms in both English and Spanish. In this role, you’ll create eye-catching ads, graphics, and email creatives for a wide range of clients—from local businesses to national brands.
While the role is rooted in production, there’s plenty of room to elevate deliverables with smart, thoughtful design and cultural relevance. In addition to design work, you’ll help translate and adapt advertising content, SEO, and SEM copy to ensure it resonates with Spanish-speaking audiences. This is a remote position and pays $50,000-$55,000 annual salary (DOE).
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Translate client needs from the intake form into polished, effective digital assets
– Translate and localize digital ad copy, email content, SEO/SEM materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance
– Design static and animated HTML5 ads, graphics, and email creatives for a diverse range of clients and industries
– Collaborate with the design and ad operations teams to ensure accurate specs and smooth campaign delivery
– Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
– Maintain high standards for visual quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
– Participate in team design reviews and contribute to evolving best practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong translation and localization skills
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Strong layout, typography, and digital ad design skills
– Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
– Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset
– Clear, concise, and effective communicator
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with Google Web Designer, a plus but not required
– Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and Javascript is a plus, but not required
