Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented retail account manager responsible for managing key operational, supply chain, and release planning workflows supporting SME’s independent retail and wholesale distribution partners. Responsibilities include managing inventory and shipment control, overseeing order processing, analyzing sales data for forecasting and reporting, supporting label campaigns, collaborating with commercial, D2C, marketing, and logistics teams, problem-solving inventory and order issues, and developing strategic relationships with independent retail partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in music industry and retail account management, proficiency in supply chain management systems, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role requires working 4 days per week in office in New York City or Los Angeles.
