Working class applicants are massively encouraged as the recruitment drive will be predominantly working class. Must have a voice that's immediately recognisable as fairly young, but not kid-like. The client is recruiting quite young candidates but they want people who have some experience, so that balance of sounding young but not too young is vital. The "Choose Love" monologue from "Trainspotting" is a big influence on the rhythm of the script (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaP7qmsQbSI) and the famous 90s Guinness "Surfer" ad is a big influence on the ad's VO's aesthetics (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9ogzVyTtcw).
