Job Summary/Basic FunctionsThe Production Coordinator/Host is responsible for backing up the Operations Director on the technical operation and station automation including live broadcast and prerecorded programming, production of Radio breaks, digital editing and production.
Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting or related field
Experience: 3 years of related experience.
Licensure & Certifications: Preferred Qualifications:Job Duties: - 75% - All non-news station production including local recorded breaks/weather, AP underwriting credits, local show editing and production
- 15% - Back up on air host . Serve as back up host for on air staff
- 5% - Participate in station pledge drives - (Essential)
- 5% - Other Duties as assigned - (Marginal)
