Title: Strategic Account Coordinator
Reports to: Sales Executive / Director of Strategic Accounts

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Account Coordinator to manage one of our most important client relationships. This role serves as the central point of contact for all internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination of deliverables, requests, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
²Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
²Track and manage all client requests, timelines, and deliverables
²Ensure alignment across departments (sales, operations, marketing, finance)
²Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client
²Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews
²Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns
²Create and manage project timelines and task lists
²Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
²Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
²Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client service
²Implement tools and systems to streamline coordination
²Maintain accurate documentation and records
Qualifications:
²Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
²3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services
²Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
²Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
²Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM platforms
²Ability to work independently and manage complex relationships
²Experience managing high-value accounts in the food industry or CPG sector
²Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, and retail operations
²Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
