Overview
Playfly Sports is seeking a motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone energized by building relationships, engaging talent across the sports and media landscape, and helping shape the future of our organization.
Operating out of our Berwyn, PA headquarters, this role will focus initially on entry- to associate-level hiring, with the opportunity to expand into mid- and senior-level roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and team leaders across the business to source, attract, and evaluate top-tier talent who will thrive in our culture of innovation, performance, and purpose.
We’re looking for a team player who brings creativity, urgency, and a passion for people, sports, and media to their work. Strong sourcing skills and an understanding of Boolean logic/search methodology are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to recruit, assess, and present qualified candidates across multiple business units.
- Source active and passive candidates using a variety of creative strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Build and manage robust pipelines of entry- to mid-senior-level talent.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on candidate pipelines and search progress.
- Support inclusive hiring practices that help Playfly build a diverse and dynamic workforce.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and attend relevant recruiting events or career fairs.
- Operate independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search capabilities and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High energy, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Passion for the sports and media industries is strongly preferred.
- A team-first mindset is essential.
