What You’ll Do
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll help make Golden West a great place to work. You’ll support hiring, onboarding, team events, and learning programs - basically, you’ll help people feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
Here’s a snapshot of what your days might include
Helping us find great people
- Post job ads, connect with candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews
- Recommend top candidates to hiring managers
- Provide selection tools, including interview plans and PXT Select assessments, to hiring manager
Welcoming new teammates
- Draft offer letters and help with onboarding when needed
Creating a great workplace vibe
- Plan fun and meaningful staff events
- Draft internal messages and updates
Supporting employee learning and growth
- Help organize training and development programs
Listening and learning
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
- Track and report on key insights about hiring and employee retention
