Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Nanaimo, BC, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Relevant experience in the broadcasting or media industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
