Job Title: PTP Manager

Warner Music’s Center of Excellence is the home to the financial, legal, and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our US Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role:
The PTP Manager will supervise the delivery and support of Procure-to-Pay business processes by collaborating on designing future state processes and implementing standards. This will help Finance deliver more value as a strategic partner to a growing business while promoting transformation through people, processes, and technology.
Here you’ll get to:
Lead inbound documents from multiple sources, including Ariba network, VIM, SAP S4 Hana, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI
Manage onshore and offshore invoice processing teams
Conduct PTP reconciliations, ensure compliance with SOX controls, and complete period-end close activities
Lead T&E and third-party vendors (Concur, BCD Travel, AMEX) related to employee travel, including ad hoc reporting requests and travel escalations
Supervise credits and vendor debit balances to ensure all credits are correctly applied and recovered
Run vendor onboarding process
Address vendor inquiries
Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed
Key Accountabilities
Full cycle AP (vendor onboarding, Invoice processing, payment settlements)
Address Vendor, Label, and Affiliates’ inquiries and disputes
Handle corporate card program and relationship with third-party T&E vendors
Perform PTP reconciliations and monthly close activities
Annual tax reporting (US - 1099/1042, Canada – NR4/T5)
Unclaimed Property/Escheatment process
About you:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in either Business, Finance, Business Information Systems, Management Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with SAP ECC-S4/Hana and Concur
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in accounting or a related financial role in a shared service environment
5+ years of experience with 3-way invoice matching, collections, and all related PTP processes in a high transaction organization
Experience working in an international environment, with clients and projects, and exposure to markets outside the US and Canada
Knowledgeable about front-end systems and all PTP processes, including U.S. and Canada Tax Reporting (1099/1042/NR4/T5), and Unclaimed Property
Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis and reconciliations
Ability to develop, articulate, and build support around a long-term vision and implement incremental breakthroughs in support of that vision
Strong work ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
We’d love it if you also had:
Knowledge of Ariba Guided Buying, OpenText/VIM, Pega/Jira
Technically savvy with a robust change management abilities
Experience with continuous improvement (TQM, Six Sigma, LEAN or similar process measurement and analysis techniques)

Salary Range$90,000 to $100,000 AnnuallySalary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
