This is a KEY SUPPORTING ROLE in a mind-bending sci-fi that requires playing multiple characters in the same body.
Wubing is a timid PhD student from China who works for a pet cloning company. He doesn't know what he's getting into when he accepts a generous salary from a widow, Claire, who wants to clone her late husband. Claire plans to use a neuro-tech device loaded up with explicit romantic and sexual simulations to condition this clone of her husband to love her. But when Wubing stumbles upon these simulations, he becomes collaterally infatuated with her. Meanwhile, the clone, who she's holding captive, wants nothing to do with her. So Wubing and the clone (an Irishman) agree to have their brains surgically swapped so that the clone can escape Claire's grasp while Wubing gets a chance with her.
This means that a Chinese voice actor who can do an Irish accent would be ideal for this role, because there would now be an Irish character in the body originally inhabited by Wubing. Since a Chinese actor who can do an Irish accent may be hard to find, we're open to brining on a second voice actor for the Irish part.
Wubing has a complex character arc that explores confidence, racism, romance, and morality. Over the course of the series, he rises to challenges that force him to find his moral compass and break out of his shell. And we watch him gain a heartbreaking perspective on racism as he finds himself treated differently in the Irishman's body than in his original body.
Note: scenes include vulgar language and sexual content.
