Daily Responsibilities
- Generate and close national partnerships and branded content sales opportunities across AMP Media’s owned & operated channels (web, app, OTT/CTV, and social), with a focus on Entertainment & Lifestyle Original Programming.
- Identify and develop proposals for cross-platform campaigns in partnership with the AMP Omni-Channel Team’s linear and multi-market teams.
- Collaborate with internal groups (marketing, production, programming, editorial, social, and other sales units) to create unique, scalable sponsorship packages around AMP’s original lifestyle and entertainment content.
- Partner with third-party brands and vendors to craft innovative integrations for advertisers.
- Work closely with Ad Ops to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver results that drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Serve as an advocate for AMP Media’s go-to-market products—especially OTT/CTV, gamification, and original lifestyle tentpoles.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at both clients and agencies.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, secure meetings, and develop tailored partnership strategies.
- Define campaign strategy, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Act as a consultative partner, educating clients and agencies on multi-platform solutions and best practices to grow their business.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in media/advertising sales, ideally focused on content-driven or digital platforms in entertainment, food, travel, or lifestyle categories.
- Proven track record of selling and executing integrated client partnerships.
- Strong network of agency and client relationships in relevant verticals.
- Independent self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to develop and pitch innovative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
