Job Information:
Due to tremendous revenue growth, we are seeking an Account Executive based in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia
to manage a large geographical sales territory which we continue to invest and grow.
2-3 years of successful outside territorial sales building experience is ideal and your willingness to continue to evolve
and learn will kick-start your lucrative sales career. Your primary responsibility would be to research, contact and secure new business client meetings in order to close and deliver ongoing sales growth. Positive, passionate, competitive, creative,
independent and results oriented, you will be involved in all aspects of the sales process and rewarded with hands on training, an amazing support team and fast rising income earnings. It is time for you to join our nationally

What you’ll do…
- Increase the volume of sales constantly by securing meetings and making strategic presentations to potential clients to sell them adapted advertising solutions using Out of Home Media.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals as set by management.
- Research and initiate first contact with potential new clients through effective prospecting skills.
- Develop adapted, creative, marketing plans with the proven skills to close proposals often and easily.
- Demonstrate keen sense of recognizing opportunities in order to maximize all business opportunities.
- Participate positively and actively in all sales meetings, brainstorm sessions, internal and external training seminars.
- Be involved in community B2B organizations and attend various functions, galas and conferences to continuously develop your business networking and existing client support opportunities.
Who you are…
- A sales background with at least 2-3 years of territorial management history is preferred.
- Excellent communicator (oral & written) interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Extremely well organized, detailed with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent listening, questioning, negotiating and closing skills.
- Confident, competitive and positive with a maturity level to manage business as if it were your own.
- Creative, fun, innovative, entrepreneurial minded & can work as a team player, self-motivated.
- Proficient with most Microsoft Office suite, primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
