Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local, regional, and national markets
- Develop and pitch integrated brand partnership proposals that align with client goals and audience insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, programming, digital) to execute partnership campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic outreach and relationship management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and branded content strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with media platforms (radio, digital, social, experiential) is a plus
