Loop Community is looking for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work 10 hours a week and be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. This role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s products and services in order to deliver effective support, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold service quality standards.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer support inquiries via email for Loop Community, Sunday Sounds, and WorshipTools.
- Stay informed and up to date on company’s products and services to ensure accurate, relevant, and timely support is provided to customers.
- Conduct introductory calls with new customers to explain product offerings.
- Provide support through phone and video calls to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive user experience.
- Create, edit, and maintain clear and helpful support articles for the company’s online knowledge base.
What Makes You Qualified:
- High School diploma or two years of equivalent work experience in customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Thrive in collaborative team environments and when working independently, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability to meet customer service goals.
- Confident working with and learning new technologies.
- Previous or current experience in church worship ministry is a plus.
