Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Broadcast Journalist / News Producer located in Winnipeg, MB, working with our Morning News team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and delivering news content, including writing, editing, and broadcasting news stories. The role involves covering current affairs, conducting interviews, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate news content. The individual will collaborate with team members to produce engaging and high-quality news segments.
Qualifications
- Broadcast Journalism and Television News skills
- Broadcasting and News Writing skills
- Experience with Current Affairs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Experience in multimedia production is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
