The Director of Business Operations oversees Barefoot Media Ministries’ (89.5 KTSY & Project Nation) financial systems, business processes, and overall organizational health — managing cash flow, reporting, budgeting, and strategy to support long-term sustainability.
This full-time position is both an implementation of existing processes and the visioning of how to lead Barefoot Media Ministries into a top performing ministry that sets standards for ministries as well as traditional businesses. They are to help work with the President in this vision. This position functions as a bridge between operational execution and strategic oversight, ensuring financial and organizational integrity during and after the restructuring process.
