We are seeking Seasonal Distribution Clerk to join our Distribution Center in Loveland, CO. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity through June 30, 2026, with hours Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm with occasional overtime.
This role is responsible for shipment order processing, material handling, and logistics/inventory software use. You’ll be part of a team that ensures products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards and supporting ministry impact through operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Replenish materials and report deviations from standard processes
- Inspect orders for accuracy and product quality
- Package products securely to ensure damage-free delivery
- Create proper carton labeling for shipments
- Monitor and report on shipping supplies and equipment
- Record accurate shipping information in warehouse systems
- Prepare and deliver outgoing packages to carriers on time
- Perform inventory transactions in WMS and related systems
- Maintain knowledge of all Distribution Center tasks, including receiving, warehousing, delivery, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a high-volume production or distribution environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to frequently lift 45 pounds unassisted and over 45 pound on occasion
- Stand and move for 8-10 hours
- Repetitive movements (reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping software
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Comfortable working in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
- Basic math skills and ability to work with units of measure
