The Harry Fox Agency (HFA) is looking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join our team in New York City or Nashville, TN. The Client Operations Coordinator will execute internal processes surrounding composition, licensing, and recording metadata, ensure client satisfaction, and maximize workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will enjoy creative problem-solving, have exceptional attention to detail, and be a positive and proactive team member.

What You Will Be Doing:

Execution of all aspects of the license life cycle, including rate changes, publisher approvals, license issuance, voiding & reissuing.
Onboard new Licensees and RumbleFish clients and overseeing their day-to-day processes.
Participating in efforts to grow/strengthen HFA’s Recording Metadata database by linking third-party sound recordings and HFA compositions.
Collaborating across the department and tech team to document and track bug and task tickets relating to our internal and external platforms.
Collaborating with Finance to ensure client payment inquiries are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Managing and tracking various ticketing platforms to monitor the time to resolution and ensuring workflow efficiency.
Participating in copyright research projects and activities.
Preparing special reports and analytics as requested.

What Makes You Qualified:

Bachelor’s degree in music business, business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
Up to 2 years professional work experience in the Music/Entertainment and/or Customer Service Industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage work to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment and communicate in a professional manner with clients, colleagues, and managers.
Interest and experience with project management is a plus!

This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our New York City or Nashville office a minimum of three days a week.
