Job Summary/Description:
As a Campaign Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between sales, ad operations, and our product teams—helping teams move quickly, confidently, and with clarity.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign progress and provide basic reporting, updates, or information as needed to keep all teams aligned.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential gaps in understanding, documentation, or processes and recommend training opportunities to improve overall workflow and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs and maintain team confidence.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience; OR 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, client solutions, or digital media support
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Team player with a self-starter mentality
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Platforms
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other DSP Platforms
- Experience supporting digital marketing or advertising campaigns
