Overview
The Procurement Intern will support the development of a new procurement program by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, and acquisition activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with multiple departments such as IT, Business Operations, Contracts, Legal, and Finance. Interns will gain exposure to supply chain management and learn how procurement integrates with financial operations in a world-class media organization.
This internship provides practical experience in procurement and supply chain management, offering opportunities to learn sourcing strategies, vendor management, and compliance processes. Interns will gain exposure to financial operations and cross-department collaboration while contributing to the creation of a new procurement program.
This internship is created for 1st or 2nd year law students. Please ensure, if you apply, you are in your 1st or 2nd year, or have just completed your 2nd year of law school.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report procurement-related data.
- Support the creation and organization of procurement documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal.
- Research vendors and assist in evaluating supplier performance.
- Help develop new playlist ideas for Apple Music and Spotify (if applicable to procurement for media assets).
- Complete a capstone project focused on improving procurement processes or implementing compliance standards.
