Good Karma Brands (GKB) is seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Sales Manager to lead our revenue strategy and execution across the New York area. This leadership position will oversee Digital Marketing Consultants in New York, driving revenue growth for ESPN Digital and our full digital portfolio, including NBA, March Madness, NESN/SNP, FanDuel Sports Network, and GKB Premium Sports. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, inspire high performance and cultivate relationships with key partners to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions.

Daily Tasks of a Digital Sales Manager
- Provide strategic leadership and direct management to GKB’s Digital sellers in New York.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue across all digital platforms.
- Champion the ESPN Digital/Digital Video value proposition and represent GKB’s premium digital brands with
- authority.
- Mentor, coach, and develop digital sellers to deliver consistent, exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create integrated, market-leading sales opportunities.
- Anticipate challenges, identify growth opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to support daily workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Continuously learn and apply AI responsibly in your work to drive innovation and productivity gains aligned with GKB priorities.

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 2+ years in digital sales leadership.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving business development.
- Strong expertise in digital media sales, including digital video, OTT/CTV, and programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to use data for strategic sales decisions.
- Experience working with major advertising agencies and client-direct relationships.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Previous sports marketing and media sales experience preferred.
- Understanding of programmatic DSPs and their role in campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while operating independently when needed.
- With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license
Hours/Salary/Benefits
Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 - $275,000 plus bonus opportunities. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
