The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Producers and Production Manager in all aspects of pre-production and production. This individual will ensure seamless communication, organized scheduling, and smooth execution of studio recordings, live broadcasts, and special events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about producing meaningful, faith-centered content with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Producers and Production Manager with pre-production planning and production logistics
- Coordinate production schedules, call sheets, rundowns, and recording calendars
- Schedule studio time, rehearsals, production meetings, and related logistics
- Schedule and confirm production crew as productions are approved
- Serve as a primary point of communication between production staff, technical teams, and freelancers
- Communicate schedule updates, production changes, and run-of-show details clearly and professionally
- Prepare and process production-related paperwork, releases, and invoices
- Maintain accurate production records and calendars
- Track and distribute relevant production materials in a timely manner
- Provide in-studio or on-location support during recordings, live broadcasts, and special events
- Support Producers, Directors, and Production Manager during tapings to ensure a smooth and distraction-free environment
- Serve in crew positions as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Broadcasting, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in television, live event, or media production environments preferred
- Working knowledge of studio production workflows and terminology
- Experience coordinating schedules, crews, or production logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment
Work Schedule
- Flexible schedule required to support ministry productions and broadcast needs, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Must be willing to work in-studio and on-location as needed
