Streaming Content Coordinator

Summary:
Do you have a passion for sharing the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ through digital media? TBN is searching for a Streaming Content Coordinator to join our growing Streaming Content team. The Streaming Content Coordinator will assist in the daily operations of TBN’s streaming platform, TBN+, by executing the content strategy set forth by the Director of Streaming Content. Technical responsibilities include daily content uploads, writing and optimizing metadata, back-end platform upkeep, the creation of performance reports, analysis of viewing behavior and content trends and more.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, a self-starter who is passionate about Christian media and video distribution, incredibly detailed oriented, willing to learn new skills, and can navigate content management systems with ease. This position will report directly to the Director of Streaming Content.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Uploading videos, curated video thumbnails, and other multi-media into our streaming services CMS.
- Copywriting and optimizing thumbnail titles, video descriptions, and tags in a way that will enhance discoverability and increase viewership.
- Creating, curating, and maintaining video playlists.
- Developing a viewer-centric approach and contributing insights to enhance platform functionality.
- Reviewing and updating video metadata.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely distribution of content.
- Analyzing metrics and viewership data to support growth, engagement, monetization, etc.
- Coordinating with graphic designers and editors and tracking projects from initiation through completion.
- Creating performance wrap reports for digital series and special programming.
- Coordinating VOD link distribution with internal departments as well as external vendors and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Expert time and project management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
- Meticulous attention to quality, detail, and project organization, including strong project management skills and the ability to troubleshoot and keep a project on track.
- Strong written communication skills, especially the ability to write user-centric copy in a clear, concise, professional manner
- Strong verbal skills, especially the ability to communicate issues and report project status to a non-technical audience.
- Experience analyzing data and distilling down to the key points in report form.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of the ever-changing streaming landscape.
- Technical knowledge with project management tools such as Wrike.
- Experience with a back-end CMS management system (i.e. Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) and/or analytics software.
- Experience working within the digital industry, with a streaming service (CTV, mobile or web app) or any AVOD, SVOD, TVOD and/or FAST platform is a strong plus.
- A passion for digital media and content creation.
- Experience working in Christian media or a passion for faith-based storytelling.
- Appreciation of, and familiarity with, TBN's content and programming.
