Position Summary
Leverage advanced analytics and consulting expertise to empower HR with actionable insights, predictive models, and scalable self-service tools. Drive workforce health by identifying risks, enabling data-informed decisions, and collaborating across prioritized areas of HR to deliver impact.
Major Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic analytics consultant, partnering with HR to deliver actionable insights, predictive models, and scalable tools to guide interventions.
- Support responsible AI governance in People Analytics by documenting people analytics and broader HR use cases, testing functionality, gathering requirements, and other steps.
- Assist in the building of analytical frameworks measuring workforce health across turnover, engagement, performance, promotions, and other key HR areas.
- Help develop validation of algorithmic outputs from AI-enabled talent platforms ensuring statistical rigor and fairness.
- Design automated monitoring systems surfacing leading indicators of workforce risk.
- Contribute to development of predictive models identifying which key workforce areas are likely to decline on prioritized metrics.
- Create dashboards and concise presentations synthesizing complex workforce patterns into decision-ready intelligence.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses translating business questions into testable hypotheses and recommendations using statistical methods.
- Enhance analytics team capability building through methodology documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Scale data literacy across HR through training delivery and documentation.
Required Education/Professional Experience
- 2+ years in HR analytics, HR data science, HR business intelligence, and/or HR consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability designing analytical solutions that influenced business strategy and/or HR decision-making.
- Track record managing technical projects requiring stakeholder translation and change management.
Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Quantitative analysis skills including statistical methods and trend identification.
- Advanced Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas, and statistical functions.
- Data storytelling ability translating technical findings into executive narratives with recommendations and compelling data visualizations.
- Interest in Responsible AI practices.
- Consulting skills diagnosing problems, structuring ambiguous questions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Business acumen connecting workforce metrics to financial outcomes and strategic HR priorities.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms required.
- Python or R exposure for data manipulation or analysis a plus.
Salary Range
$98,000 - $115,000
