SENIOR PRODUCER
Location: Culver City, CA
Type: Full-Time | Daytime Court Shows
Salary Range: $95,000–$115,000 DOE
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead production on our nationally syndicated daytime court shows. The ideal candidate has a proven track record producing unscripted or conflict-based television, excels at managing teams, and thrives under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Producers, Associate Producers, PAs.
Develop compelling conflict stories and guide scripts and case packages.
Liaise with all production departments to maintain episode quality and timely delivery.
Address creative and logistical challenges with effective solutions.
Step in to produce or supervise segments directly when needed.
Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
5+ years producing conflict TV or daytime unscripted series.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional writing, story development, and editorial oversight abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure.
BA/BS degree preferred.
