The Role
The Crew Member (House) is part of the opening Netflix House operational team and is responsible for bringing Netflix's immersive experiences to life. Crew Members encourage fandom through delivering best-in-class customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about Netflix series and films. The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more.

What You Will Do
- Work in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to, greeting, ticketing, retail operations, fan service, RePlay, photo operations, events and more.
- Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans.
- Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Need From You
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B operations.
- Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
- Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.
Compensation: $19.60 - $24.52 per hour
