Runner is seeking an A&R Coordinator to play a key administrative and operational role within the A&R department. This position requires a proactive, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, has a general understanding of the music business, and passionate about popular music.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to CCO + President of A+R.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Maintain DISCO and update all digital assets as well as coordinating information with Administrator.
- Coordinate company logistics for internal and external events and meetings.
- Compile weekly charts and other various internal documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) and create detailed travel itineraries.
- Manage last-minute schedule changes and troubleshoot travel issues.
- Book recording studio and coordinate session logistics.
- Liaise with producers, engineers, and artists regarding scheduling, ensure all session details are confirmed and properly communicated.
- Maintain studio calendars and track availability.
What Makes You Qualified:
- 1+ years of administrative or assistant experience (music industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a strong operational mindset, high attention to detail, and an ability to effectively. prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem solver who can anticipate team needs.
- Proficiency in DISCO, Canva, Excel.
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
- Passion for music and understanding of the A&R process.
- Experience booking studios or coordinating creative sessions.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic and growing company.
This role will require you to commute to our West Hollywood office five days a week.
