AudioSalad is seeking a UGC Rights Management Specialist to support and scale our rights management operations across YouTube and Meta platforms. This role is a high ownership role within our growing Content Operations / Customer Support team and will be responsible for day-to-day UGC platform operations, client onboarding, and catalog migrations from other distributors.
This position plays a key role in maintaining AudioSalad’s standing as a top-tier YouTube partner by ensuring high-quality claim accuracy, operational efficiency, platform compliance, and strong client support.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own daily UGC rights management workflows across YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager
- Manage claims, disputes, takedowns, appeals, blocks, and whitelisting requests
- Handle inbound client support requests and operational issues across content delivery, rights management, and broader content operations workflows
- Support client onboarding and catalog migrations from prior distribution partners
- Troubleshoot ownership conflicts, monetization issues, and platform errors
- Monitor UGC performance and identify operational improvements
- Maintain internal SOPs and documentation
- Coordinate with platform partner teams and internal stakeholders
What Makes You Qualified:
- 2+ years related professional experience in music distribution, digital rights management, content operations, or UGC monetization.
- Strong working knowledge of YouTube CMS and Content ID workflows.
- Familiarity with Meta Rights Manager preferred.
- Track record of exceptional organizational skills with a strong operational mindset, high attention to detail, and an ability to effectively prioritize work to meet. deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excels in working with large catalogs, spreadsheets, and platform tools.
- Excellent communication with the ability to support clients directly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic and growing company.
This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our New York office a minimum of three days a week.
